Shingo Hanada – President and CEO, Kubota North America & Tractor Corporations

Shingo Hanada began his career  with Kubota in 1989 and took office as President and CEO of Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC) and Kubota North America in January 2022. In 2022, he was also named Managing Executive Officer of Kubota Corporation, KTC's parent company. Prior to his current appointments, Hanada led Kubota Holdings Europe B.V. as President and President and CEO of Kverneland AS in the Netherlands. In these roles, Hanada managed multiple business units operations in Europe and led the acquisition of two implement manufacturers. He also held leadership positions in Japan over the Kubota Outdoor Power Equipment business unit, elevating the unit to the level of Business Division. Along with extensive experience in Asia and emerging countries, Hanada also has prior experience with the US market as he served as a Coordinator at Kubota Manufacturing of America (KMA) from 2003 to 2004 and at KTC from 2005 to 2008. He returned to KTC in the U.S. as an Executive Coordinator from 2012 to 2015.

David Sutton – President, Kubota Credit Corporation (KCC)

David Sutton began his career with Kubota in 2007 as Vice President of KCC. A finance professional with 34 years of industry experience, he was promoted to President in October 2010, becoming the first American to occupy this office. Under his leadership, KCC has implemented policies and systems to return more than 90 percent of loan decisions to dealers in under 15 minutes, greatly facilitating the dealer sales process. Sutton has also led the exponential growth of Kubota’s property and casualty insurance agency, KTAC, providing Kubota dealers with additional product offerings to better serve their customers.

Todd Stucke – Senior Vice President, Marketing, Product Support & Strategic Projects

Todd Stucke is an industry veteran with more than 33 years of experience in both equipment and agriculture. Stucke was recently promoted to lead Sales and Marketing for Kubota North America, in tandem with his role as Senior Vice President of Marketing, Product Support and Strategic Projects for Kubota Tractor Corporation’s U.S. operations.  Prior to his current positions, Stucke led the Ag & Turf Division for Kubota as Vice President from 2013-2015. Under his leadership, Kubota introduced its first line of Kubota-branded Hay Tools to U.S. customers and debuted its highest horsepower tractors to-date, the M7 and M8 Series. These milestone product introductions gave Kubota a strong foothold as it entered the commercial livestock and row crop production markets, a segment where the company had never before competed.  As Senior Vice President of Marketing, Product Support and Strategic Projects at Kubota Tractor Corporation, Stucke is ultimately responsible for ensuring that Kubota’s marketing, dealer development, and product support strategies collectively achieve a 360° approach to customer experience excellence.  Stucke is currently serving his second term as the Chair of Ag sector board for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers and has previously served two terms as treasurer of the AEM Board of Directors, as well as Ag Sector Board Vice Chair in 2020.

Yujiro (Yuji) Okada - Vice President, Administration

Yujiro (Yuji) Okada joined Kubota over 20 years ago in 1996. Between 2001 and 2010, Okada was the coordinator in charge of Kubota Tractor Corporation’s IS and Wholesale Finance departments. Okada, in conjunction with Kubota Credit Corporation leadership, was instrumental in establishing Kubota’s insurance business through Kubota Insurance Corporation (KIC) and Kubota Tractor Acceptance Corporation (KTAC). Most recently, Okada was the manager of the Regional Strategy and Development Group within the Global Management Promotion Department. In this role, Okada initiated retail finance programs in emerging markets in the Philippines, Indonesia and China. Okada also led the regional business management of Kubota China Holdings. Okada will now oversee Kubota North America finance operations.

Alex Woods – Senior Vice President, Sales Operations, Supply Chain & Parts

Alex Woods was promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Parts in 2020. With over 32 years of experience and an entire career in the equipment industry, Woods has held positions ranging from Parts Sales Manager and Territory Manager to District Sales and Division Manager. As the leader of a cross-functional team, he has played an instrumental role in successfully launching new Kubota products, facilities, and initiatives, including the operational footprint expansion for the company’s North American Distribution Center in Edgerton, Kansas. Woods currently oversees Kubota’s five division offices in support of dealers and customers and is responsible for both service parts and wholegoods distribution across the U.S. supply chain. Woods proudly serves on the Board of Directors for the Farmer Veteran Coalition in support of the company’s philanthropic efforts to provide funding and equipment to our nation’s farmer veterans.
