Kubota Tractor Corporation (KTC) Headquarters: Grapevine, Texas, USA

Over the past four decades, KTC has continued to expand its product line and today, we are a leading US marketer and distributor of Kubota-engineered and manufactured machinery and equipment, including a complete line of tractors of up to 170 Gross HP, performance-matched implements, compact and utility-class construction equipment, consumer lawn and garden equipment, hay tools and spreaders, commercial turf products and utility vehicles. Kubota equipment is sold and serviced in the United States through a nationwide network of more than 1,100 authorized Kubota dealers, supported by the company's corporate headquarters in Grapevine, Texas and four division offices and warehouses located in Lodi, California; Fort Worth, Texas; Groveport, Ohio; and Suwanee, Georgia. Kubota also recently opened the new North American Distribution Center in Edgerton, Kansas.

Since 1982, Kubota customers have been offered a wide range of financing alternatives through KCC. By offering competitive interest rates, equity financing, flexible down payments, monthly and seasonal payment terms and property damage insurance, KCC enables Kubota dealers to tailor a variety of finance and lease programs to meet specific customer requirements. KCC also provides fast, efficient and convenient payment alternatives vital to cash flow and other purchasing needs.

Kubota Manufacturing of America (KMA) Headquarters: Gainesville, Georgia, USA

KMA was formed in 1988 as Kubota's North American manufacturing base. KMA manufactures and assembles Kubota lawn tractors, zero-turn mowers, sub-compact tractors, utility vehicles, loaders, backhoes and other implements. The company is proud to employ 1,200 local American workers. Two master buildings offer 616,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Today, approximately one-half of all Kubota branded equipment sold in the United States is manufactured or assembled in the state of Georgia. KMA recently began an expansion program that will increase production capacity by over 60 percent over five years. This expansion is scheduled to be completed in spring 2017.

Kubota Industrial Equipment (KIE) Headquarters: Jefferson, Georgia, USA

KIE was established in 2004 to expand Kubota's North American Manufacturing base. KIE manufactures tractor implements including loaders and backhoes in their 440,000 square foot facility. In 2013, a 460,000 square foot factory, featuring environmentally-friendly installations, was added to KIE's existing 88-acre site. The new facility began producing compact tractors for the North American market in January 2013.

Kubota Engine of America (KEA) Headquarters: Lincolnshire, Illinois, USA

Kubota is a leading OEM (original equipment manufacturer) of compact diesel and gasoline engines for industrial, agricultural, construction and generator applications. Established in 1999, KEA distributes and markets Kubota-tough (6 to 99 horsepower), compact, lightweight, turbocharged options, liquid-cooled, low noise and low vibration engines to other top-name manufacturers serving various industrial equipment sectors.
