Together we do more is not just what we tell customers, it’s how we operate our business as well. Project teams from across Kubota sales subsidiaries in North America have been assigned to share and leverage best practices, find efficiencies and improve our speed to market.

Team members from Great Plains, Kubota Canada, Kubota Tractor and Land Pride are tackling various projects that will ultimately lead to improved dealer satisfaction, improved buying power and consistent brand alignment.

While the teams report progress monthly to the KNA executive committee, some early successes include:

  • Deployed common telematics solutions and my Kubota mobile app in both Canada and US
  • Piloted KCL’s “Kubota Cube” store branding concept in US
  • Completed unified mapping tool application across all of North America to better plot retail activity, identify competitors and monitor industry and market share trends
